The proovulin dietary supplement contains two biologically active forms of inositol: myo-inositol and D-chiro-inositol. The 40:1 ratio between the two forms of inositol found in the preparation is a representation of the proportion that occurs naturally in our body. Mio-Inositol is important in the process of proper maturation of oocytes.
Proovulin also contains an active form of folic acid – 5-MTHF (5-methyltrahydrofolian), which no longer needs to undergo any transformations to be fully assimilated by the body. Folic acid belongs to the group of folates, which contribute to the growth of maternal tissues during pregnancy, help in the proper synthesis of amino acids and normal blood production, and also participate in the process of cell division. It is also important that folians help to maintain normal homocysteine metabolism.
Proovulin also contains vitamin B6 and vitamin B12, which help to maintain the normal metabolism of homocysteine, help in the proper production of red blood cells and the normal functioning of the nervous system. In addition, vitamin B12 plays a role in the cell division process, while vitamin B6 helps in the proper synthesis of cysteine and contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity.

Recommended intake: Adults – 1 sachet per day during a meal. Dissolve the contents of the sachets in 100 ml of lukewarm water and drink immediately after preparation. Do not exceed the recommended portion for daytime consumption. Dietary supplements cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Maintaining a healthy state of health requires balanced nutrition and a healthy lifestyle.
