A randomised, double-blind and placebo-controlled study (5),
12 weeks, conducted on 50 healthy athletes (women and
men) who measured maximum minute oxygen uptake (VO2max),
showed that consuming 300 mg of KSM-66 twice a day significantly increased
vo2max compared to the placebo group. After 8 weeks of driving,
the difference was 3.49% and after 12 weeks 3.81% in favour of
ksm-66 supplement group.
KSM-66 - increases muscle strength
In an 8-week, randomised, double-blind and controlled
placebo study (6), analysed the effect of KSM supplementation on exercisers
men aged 18-50 years.
