The biphasic double action formula:

2. Lashes are strengthened in 4 weeks. Enriched with natural Arginine, 2 in 1 Express Eye-Makeup Remover adds strength and shine to the lashes. Lashes are thicker, denser and stronger.
Result: visibly less fall-out of lashes.
Directions
Shake the bottle until the two liquids mix. Apply to a cotton pad and press onto eyes for a few seconds. Swipe the cotton pad from the inside to the outside of the eye. This formula is suitable for use with contact lenses
