How to add an item on Oziway?

1. Open the Oziway page and choose Your Language on the top or bottom of the page

2. You need to be registered with Oziway.com. Click Login on the navigation bar and then click Login or Create Account (if you haven't yet registered)

3. Enter account ID that you registered with (this is your e-mail address), and your password

4. Click the Seller tab and next Add Offer

5. Choose Item Type, which you would like to post for promotion and sale on Oziway:

There are 10 types of Products, Services or Requests in Oziway :

  1. General information - Want to post general information? Here you can do that, for example information about your company
  2. Downloadable products (digital) - products that Sellers upload to Oziway (e.g. databases or PDF books)
  3. New products (unlimited quantity) - Products available in an unlimited quantity (e.g. from a manufacturer or wholesaler)
  4. New limited quantity - a product in a limited quantity (you can enter how many products are available, e.g. you have 10 pieces of a product to sell)
  5. Used stuff - used products, available in 1 piece
  6. Service performed online - like translations , analysis, PDF files, Excel databases
  7. Service offline - services performed offline, and paid for outside of Oziway
  8. Product demand - do you need a product and wish suppliers to offer it to you ? write what you need and wait for offers
  9. Service demand - do you need a service and wish service providers to offer it to you ? write what you need and wait for offers
  10. Large quantity - products in wholesale quantities with minimal order quantity

6. Enter all necessary item details, these are:

- Name of Item (Short Name)
- Select whether your item should be sold globally (made available for Buyers in many countries, not just your country). If yes, then you will enter its price in USD and the item will be available in all countries in Oziway (its price will automatically get converted to different currencies). The Buyers will contact you to get information about delivery cost. Before they pay, you will have the option to modify the order by adding a delivery cost
- Note: selecting Global distribution makes it available globally after approximately 24 hours
- Country. Choose a country where your item will be available for sale and delivery. If you selected the option of global distribution, then the list of countries takes on the opposite meaning, the item will be excluded from the selected countries
- Category. This is the category of the item that you want to offer
- Commission. This is the commission that you will pay to Oziway after a transaction is finalized and you deliver your item and receive your payment. Enter a flat fee commission or enter a percentage. If you can not determine the commission until the transaction is finalized, choose the option to determine the commission later
- Price in your local currency (or price in USD if the item is available in many countries)
- Days for Verification. How many days do you need to complete the transaction from the time that a customer buys the item, to the time you collect payment and deliver the item, in days (for example 7 or 14 days). Within that time you need to accept or reject the transaction in the Business Dashboard. After completing the transaction, you need to pay the commission so that we can pay to the promoters. If the Buyer paid online, then we will deduct the commission automatically
- Description for the promoter. Description visible only for promoters
- Description for the customers - description visible on the offer card
- Choose Picture (you can upload many pictures)

7. Click Save

8. Now your item will be visible on oziway.* and on all the Promoters shops that have their shops in Oziway.*

9. Your items are also available on the My Offers on Seller tab. For each Item you can:

- Edit Item - this lets you edit the entire Item entered, including prices and commission, however a new Item ID will be given to your item
- Duplicate a Item
- Deactivate/Activate an Item - deactivating hides the Item from the Buyers and Promoters
- Delete an Item - after deleting, an Item becomes unavailable to Buyers, Promoters and you

10. After a Promoter promotes your item so that a Buyer orders it, the details of Buyer (address) and item ordered will be in your Business Dashboard on the Transaction Fulfillment Page, this is where you will have to deliver the item.

11. If you checked the Global Distribution option, the price you enter must be in USD and the customer will pay to Oziway. We will collect our commission and the rest will be made available to you on Oziway (to payout to a bank account etc)

12. If you chose for the item to be sold with an offline payment, before delivery you will need to arrange with the Buyer for the payment to be made. If you chose for the item to be available with an online payment, you will see when the Buyer makes the payment. We will place these funds into your Oziway Wallet when you deliver the item to the Buyer

13. If you have chosen to enter a Downloadable (Digital) Product like a database in excel or a book in PDF for example, the above steps will be easier - in Step 6. you will not have to choose a country, or category. You will have to enter the price in USD. You will not have to deliver the item (Step 10) because the Buyer will download it immediately after making a payment to Oziway. We will pay you for the item just like we pay Promoters their commission - to your Wallet in Oziway , where you can withdraw later to a Bank account, PayPal, WeChat or Western Union

10. After a Promoter promotes your item so that a Buyer orders it, the details of Buyer (address) and item ordered will be in your Business Dashboard on the Transaction Fulfillment Page, this is where you will have to deliver the item.
